Brewmaster Dwayne will guide you through his intentions behind these new recipes and we invite you to ask him questions and give us your feedback on the colour, aroma, flavour, hop level and overall impression on beer tasting scorecards provided. It’s a unique opportunity to help us develop the GL Heritage craft beer lineup and have a hand in determining what goes on tap in our tasting room next!
Come enjoy the evening of an incredible 4-course meal, including dessert, with each dish specifically created with local ingredients by the skilled chefs at License to Sear Custom Catering, to pair with each of these new craft beer creations.
