Many of you ask when we will have Chef Samantha and her 'Hub Crew' back at GL Heritage..... well this is the weekend!  They honestly have the best burger and salad offerings around and this is a fantastic menu they have set up for your pairing craft beer pairing!  They will close up their very popular downtown Windsor location for the weekend and will be serving at GLH all 3 days - Fri 3-9, Sat 12-7 and Sun 12-7. 1. The Hub Classic - Hub & garlic sauce, bacon, cheddar, lettuce, tomato with beef burger - $7.00 2. Hub Chicken Wrap - Hub & garlic sauce, bacon, cheddar with grilled chicken - $8.00 3. Maple Chipotle Veggie Burger - Chipotle sauce, cheddar, crispy onion, spinach & tomato on a quinoa roasted vegetable veggie burger 4. The Hub Salad - Apples, goat cheese, honey-roasted sunflower seeds, walnuts, honey dijon poppyseed dressing - small $5.00 / large $9.00 5. GL Heritage at the Windsor Craft Beer Festival!

GL Heritage Brewing Co will be at this year's Windsor Craft Beer Festival!! Let’s raise a glass together on October 18-19, 2019 at the original festival dedicated to beer in the region! Voted as the best festival in the Lake Erie region, the Windsor Craft Beer Festival will showcase local and craft brewers from across the province and will celebrate a much loved libation. Rather than holding the event in a plaza, we are opting for a good ol’ fashion neighbourhood party. The event is about local culture and the burgeoning craft beer movement happening across the province. There will be entertainment, great local craft beers, local eats and throughout the day we’ll have an ode to the brew. It’s going to be awesome! While Hiram Walker is famous for distilling whiskey, many don’t know he also brewed beer from 1885-1956. Walker purchased the most modern brewing equipment of the day and shipped hops from the U.S. and his own farms in Essex County. The event will use the history of Walkerville and its role in brewing to help in developing a festival that will be a uniquely Walkervillian experience.
