It’s time for the re-release of our wildly popular, seasonal Apple Jack’d Ale!!! Yes, it’s BACK and we’re throwing a #glheritage party with local music & food to celebrate it with you!!
First introduced last fall, this delicious and smooth light ale is infused with the juice of locally-grown, fresh-pressed #apples from Meleg’s Lakeview Orchard & Cider Mill and gentle apple pie spice…. then this delightful craft beer nectar is blended with the delicious Apple Caramel Whiskey made by our friends and neighbours at Wolfhead Distillery. Not too sweet, oh-so-smooth and has an ABV of 7% and IBU of 11.
To help us kick off this much-anticipated tap opening on Friday, September 28th, we welcome back chef Jeff Wright from To Your Kitchen Custom Catering to serve up some of his incredible, apple-inspired food for us. Then on Saturday & Sunday, we will have the awesome #foodtruck chefs Kyle Sala and Cory Tonita back from License To Sear Custom Catering bringing their mouth-watering menu!
We are SOOOO excited to have our truly talented locals, Mike Ure and @AidenJohnson-Bujold from Buck Twenty band, coming to entertain us on Saturday, September 29th from 2-5pm. This duo has quickly earned some serious awards and accolades – having been nominees for the 2017 CMAO Rising Star award and finalists for Boots & Hearts Artist award. Performing alongside country music star, Brett Kissel, these fellas have already hit the Canadian Country Radio Charts!
We will extend our closing hour on Saturday, Sept 29th to 7pm, so come on out and join us for the fun. Kids are welcome!
