Laina and Tom are back with their delicious, homemade menu of assorted stuffed eggrolls!  This new, local business launched in 2020 and has been growing exponentially since.  They bring with them pizza twists, from their friends at East Valley Pizza.  Perfect pairings with our beer.

Crabcake: Imitation crab, green onion, roasted red peppers, mayo and array of seasoning and spices; Pair with Back Shop Brew Blonde Ale

Pico Veggie: Pico de Gallo, Roasted corn and seasoned black beans; Pair with CaJen Pale Ale

Pork, Apple and Cabbage: Slow roasted pork in pineapple juice, pickled red cabbage, and sweet apple mixture; Pair with Bee-Utiful Honey Brown Ale

Reuben: Homemade corn beef, Lakeside sauerkraut, mozzarella cheese; Pair with Thom’s Irish Red Ale

Philly: Oven roasted sirlion, sautéed pepper and onion mixed with a beer cheese made with GLH’s very own Common Lager; Pair with Common Mutt Lager

Sloppy Joe: Homemade sloppy sauce and ground beef; Pair with I💚PA American IPA

Buffalo Chicken: Shredded chicken, cheddar, cream cheese, Buffalo hot sauce, ranch; Pair with CaJen Pale Ale
