You have been patiently waiting for it and we are ready for our next craft beer release at GL Heritage Brewery. We can’t wait to share it with you starting this Friday, March 9th!!

To celebrate this new beer style in our lineup, we have partnered with our friends Kyle and Cory at License To Sear Custom Catering to provide a very special IPA-inspired menu all weekend:
~IPA Battered Cod Fish and Hand-Cut Chips served alongside a Honey Aioli
~IPA Braised Korean Pork Tacos with Pickled Radish, Grilled Pineapple Salsa and a Sesame Aioli
~Pulled Jerk Chicken Sandwich with an IPA Apple Slaw, our Famous Bacon Jam and Southwest Aioli
~IPA-Brined Jumbo Chicken Wings with a Sriracha Honey Glaze
~Jumbo Soft Pretzel with a Creamy IPA Beer Cheese Sauce
~Cinnamon and Sugar-Dusted Doughnut Holes Drizzled with a Homemade Salted Caramel Sauce
