Come join us for an exclusive 3 course steak dinner and beer pairing inside the GL Heritage Brew House on Saturday, February 3rd at 6:30, followed by live music from the very talented and local Adam Butcher until 11pm.

Each plated course served to you by local Chef Jeff Wright from To Your Kitchen Custom Catering is inspired by local ingredients and will be paired with a selected GLH craft beer.
Chef’s menu for the evening:
1st Course – Butternut Squash Soup, Spiced Apples, Toasted Rye + Ry-Ed Ale
2nd Course – Charcoal-Grilled 10oz N.Y. Steak, Sweet Stout Drizzle, Smoked Gouda Mashed Potato, Roasted Vegetables + Shoots & Ski Sweet Stout
3rd Course – Crème Brûlée + Apple Jack’d Ale (seasonal release)
