Sure to be the tastiest – and funkiest – throwdown this Spring, Smashed Apple Trade Co. and GL Hertitage have teamed up to bring you a little taste of New Orleans with an amazing day of MUSIC, BEER, and, of course, hot boiled CRAWFISH. Twist, pinch and devour piles of mouthwatering crawfish and fixins.
The Crawfish Boil will be a true feast for the senses. Attendees can loosen up and hang out from 3pm till 8pm within the carefree backdrop of an amazing beer tent with the capacity of 250 guests at GL Heritage, while enjoying the mouthwatering scents and flavors of hot boiled crawfish prepared on-site by award winning Chef Bill Deslippe of Smashed Apple Catering. Along with the amazing musical performance of Hamilton recording artist Robin Benedict – bringing you a crowd moving performance.
Enjoy a craft beer experience as we take you behind the scenes of GL Heritage Brewery. You will have the opportunity to tour the brew house, see the brewing process, chat with the brewers, and learn how this award winning crafted local beer is made.
SloMo Co. Video booth will be on site, a modern take on the traditional photobooth bringing you a memorable and fun experience for everyone!!!
Ticket entitles one person entry to Crawfish Boil. Upon entry you will receive a ticket for a single order of Hot Crawfish Boil (approx. 2 pounds of sausage, potatoes, crawfish & corn), 1 biscuit, salad and 1 beer. Ticket includes Beer Tour held every 20 min on a first come first serve basis. Unlimited Access to Slomo Video Booth. We will have a beer tent selling GL Heritage’s delicious beer, any other beer purchase is at cost. Must be 19years & over. Id must be present.
