Join GL Heritage and Jamie Waldron as we explore and butcher an entire locally-sourced and responsibly-raised pig. In this class, you’re the butcher. This is a hands-on experience guided by a professional butcher, author and educator. Each participant takes home 20-25lb of pork, wrapped and labeled for identification.
The 3 hour instruction for up to 8 participants will take place on site at the brewery and includes a taster flight or your choice of craft beer afterward. All supplies will be provided for you to butcher and package the meat.
